Ticket Refund/Change

For ticket change/refund request, please email to refund@lightning-air.com. We will check whether your ticket could be changed then advise you accordingly. If not, you may require to cancel your current ticket and book the new one. If can be refunded, the balance amount after deducting the cancellation fee will be credited directly to the card used to purchase the tickets online, and it will take up to 20 - 30 business days to receive it.
